How do I know what size to get?

Is it ok to wear my shapers to work?
Yes! The Slim’n Lift® Silhouette Shaper works with your shape. It’s lightweight & breathable so they’re suitable for all day use.
How do I wash my shapeware?
Machine wash on a setting below 30°c and on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.
Can I sleep in my shapeware?
We wouldn’t recommend wearing shapeware while you sleep. There’s no benefit to wearing shapeware in your sleep and can affect the quality of sleep.
What if I have had an operation or given birth recently? Are these safe to wear?
Please consult your GP or consultant before purchasing. Stop wearing them immediately if you feel any pain
