Does it come with a charger?
Yes, it comes with a Micro USB cord that can be plugged into your computer or any USB power adopter.
How do you charge it?
Simply connect the Micro USB into the back of the Zaahn Ultra Chill and plug the other end into a USB charging port or adapter that can be plugged into a power outlet.
How long does it take to charge?
It can take approximately 3 hours to charge fully.
How long does the charge last?
A single charge lasts 1 – 1.5 hours without recharging.
Does it help with asthma?
Evaporative coolers can increase humidity levels which may increase the risk on mould or house dust mites, which can be a trigger for asthma. We recommend consulting your GP or pharmacist before using. Stop using immediately if you feel unwell.
How big is it?
The Zaahn Ultra Chill is super compact, only 9.5cm x 9.5cm x 17.5cm.
Can you buy a plug to charge it up?
We don’t sell one directly, but you can use any USB power adapter or the USB port in your computer.
Is the light meant to stay on whilst charging?
When the Zaahn Ultra Chill is charging, the mood light will be lit up in blue. It will change from dim to bright slowing and continuously. The blue light will then turn off once it’s fully charged.
How often do you need to replace the water sponge?
We recommend replacing the water sponge every 2 months based on 4 hours per day use. It may need replacing sooner if you use it more than that, if hard tap water is used or if there is less mist than usual.

Can the power bank be used for other items?
