What resistance bands are included with the unit and what is the resistance for each band?
The resistance bands on your machine provide smooth, fluid resistance. The weighted resistance for each band will vary the further it is stretched. Below is an example of the resistance you will experience using your machine. Note that each band can be used separately or combined for a total of 7 resistance levels.
- Gray resistance band resistance range from 150% to 217% = 7.26lb to 12.02lb
- Black resistance band resistance range from 150% to 217% = 9.55lb to 16.60lb
- Red resistance band resistance range from 150% to 217% = 13.55lb to 23.25lb
- Bands offering additional resistance are offered as an upsell before checkout.
